Gasoline prices in the U.S. have doubled since Biden’s inauguration

Gasoline at gas stations in the U.S. has doubled in price since the inauguration of President Joe Biden.

According to AAA, the average cost of Regular gasoline rose to $4.81 a gallon on Saturday, marking a new all-time high. In January 2021, when Biden took office, the figure was $2.38 a gallon.

Gasoline is most expensive in the state of California. One gallon of fuel costs its residents $6.3. High fuel prices are in Nevada, Arizona, Alaska and Oregon.

Earlier, it was reported that U.S. President Joe Biden commented on the situation with fuel and food prices in the United States. In his opinion, they are unlikely to decrease due to the ongoing crisis in Ukraine.
